稀土螯合物抑制土传病原菌的效果及其形态毒理机制Effect of Rare Earth Chelate on Inhibiting Soil-Borne Pathogens and Its Morphological and Toxicological Mechanism

摘要(Abstract):
通过对腐霉菌(Pythium sp.)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的平板抑菌试验,研究了不同浓度的稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素处理对3种土传病害病原菌菌丝生长及其形态的影响。结果表明:用于合成稀土螯合物的吲哚丁酸和LaCl_3对3种病原菌的菌丝生长在试验所设浓度范围内未表现出明显的抑菌作用,而所有处理浓度下稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素处理均能对3种土传病害病原菌具有明显的抑制作用,但抑制力差异较大。稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素对3种病原菌的毒力范围分别在121~476和73~267 mg·L~(-1)之间。综合考虑EC_(50)值和EC_(95)值,两种活性物质对腐霉菌的抑制力排序为:申嗪霉素>RI;对立枯丝核菌和尖孢镰刀菌的抑制力排序为RI>申嗪霉素。不同浓度的稀土螯合物使3种病原菌菌丝形态发生类似的变化,通过引起菌丝的异常生长,菌丝细胞内容物外渗,菌丝出现不规则褶皱缢缩、弯曲、折叠甚至断裂现象,菌丝表面粗糙,多个菌丝发生融合、黏连现象,菌丝尖端有的膨大、有的扭曲变形,菌丝产生分支增多,节间变短等问题抑制病原菌的生长。
