摘要(Abstract)：

采用高温固相法合成了蓝色Ca_2SiO_4:Ce~(3+)以及蓝绿双色Ca_2SiO_4:Ce~(3+),Eu~(2+)荧光粉,通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱对其结构和光学性能进行了研究。确定了Ce~(3+)离子的最佳掺杂浓度、浓度猝灭机制、格位分布及热稳定性,并探讨了Ce~(3+)→Eu~(2+)的能量传递过程和能量传递效率。结果表明,此荧光粉在近紫外波段有强的宽带吸收,可以被InGaN芯片产生的紫外光有效激发;其发光颜色可以从蓝(429nm)到绿(505 nm)实现可调,作为蓝色和绿色荧光粉用于白光LED器件中。
