钇对6063铝合金导体材料铸态组织与性能的影响Effect of Yttrium Addition on As-cast Microstructure and Properties of 6063 Aluminum Conductors

摘要(Abstract):
借助OM,SEM,EDS和DSC等测试手段,研究Y对6063铝合金铸态组织、力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明:随着Y的添加,合金晶粒细化且二次枝晶间距明显减小。在维持合金导电性能不变的情况下,抗拉强度和延伸率明显提高。Y合适的添加量为0.2%~0.3%(质量分数,下同),当Y添加量为0.3%时,合金抗拉强度、延伸率和导电率分别为154 MPa,22.5%和51.4%IACS。
