H205对氟碳铈矿和含钙脉石的浮选机制研究Flotation Mechanism of H205 on Bastnaesite and Calcareous Gangues

摘要(Abstract):
采用单矿物浮选试验、 Zeta-电位测量、吸附量测量、 FT-IR分析方法,结合浮选溶液化学,研究了氟碳铈矿和含钙脉石在H205(邻羟基萘甲羟肟酸)为捕收剂体系下的浮选机制。当H205浓度为4×10~(-4) mol·L~(-1)时,氟碳铈矿和萤石在pH=7~10范围内有较好的可浮性; Zeta-电位测量、吸附量测量表明H205吸附氟碳铈矿和萤石表面,使电位负移,萤石与H205可能有静电吸附; FT-IR分析表明氟碳铈矿与H205存在化学吸附。结合浮选溶液化学推测了H205在氟碳铈矿和含钙脉石表面作用的模型。
